He does look like Sherlock, but you've captured him in a different light.  Here he looks less jaded, more innocent.  As if you saw what he was like, or painted this piece before he endured whatever it was that turned him to be so introverted.  Or, perhaps, this is what would have been, or what he truly wishes he could be like.  Thought provoking and really beautiful.  Your shading and light is fantastic.
